Good week! The new companion in our trio is Elder Gollaher from Chicago, who is also waiting to go to Taiwan! My comps have been out for 2 transfers and 3 transfers, so it's been fun having a pretty young trio in comparison to the other trios I've been in. It's been fun being with them though and we are keeping busy!
This week we started teaching a guy named Richard who lives in our apartment complex and just has TONS of questions about our religion it's kind of funny. Hes super friendly and loves everyone that's a member of our church so hopefully we will be able to go somewhere with him.
I have also been blessed with the opportunity to lead a 1 and a half hour scripture study class for all the Chinese members here every week since October, and this last thursday we read 3 Nephi 11, when Jesus Christ visited the people in America and established his church and authority. When we were reading the story, I asked everyone how they would feel, if they were one of the people that got to witness this extraordinary event. I would invite you all to ponder as well, on how you would feel in this situation.
